Our Vision

Our vision is to create a 'home from home’ setting that nurtures each child and encourages them to reach their full potential, in an inspiring, natural environment.

 We believe every Little Pickle has the right to be given the care, space and opportunity to develop as confident, independent learners, with a natural inquisitiveness for the world around them.

To achieve this, we aim to provide:

 

  • Effective leadership

  • A Keyperson Approach- staff are knowledgeable, caring, and know each child and parent well. They support rich learning opportunities through individualised observation, planning and assessment.
